Kids: Getting cabin fever
We need to get out and check out the town, or some trails. We decide to head down to the beach and dip our toes in the cold Superior water. Fisher and Milo decide to get in the water and play like cavemen again.
Though the weather was a little cooler than we expected, the sun was playing hide and seek behind the clouds.
Apparently Toronto was getting heat-related weather warnings. Go figure.
As the kids played, Nicole and I decided to lay on the beach. I figured now would be as good a time as any to get a little sun and removed my shirt.
Again, its overcast, and not really that warm.
Fast-forward a day later, and no surprise… I am sun-burned…. badly, badly sunburned… Sigh, wish we were back at Marathon.
